Childhelp Wings Fashion Show

On April 8, Chilphelp hosted its 12th Annual Wings Fashion Show Luncheon. Held at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort and Spa, the event brought together volunteers and youth organizations throughout the community. The proceeds will help to implement projects that support the organization’s programs and services.

“This year’s Childhelp Wings Fashion Show truly highlighted the importance of Childhelp’s mission to give children the resources they need to lead strong and courageous lives,” says event co-chair Abby Leadon.

Adds co-chair Alexis Earnhardt, “It was an incredible experience to see our community come together to provide an abundant amount of resources to children who have so much potential for growth.”

The fashion show included a notable celebrity runway, live and silent auctions and a fashion show presented by Dillard’s. VIPs included former U.S. Vice President Dan Quayle, college and NFL broadcaster and former NFL player Adam Archuleta, 49ers NFL football player Kyle Nelson, ABC 15 News anchor Fay Fredricks and 3TV sportscaster Tim Ring.

For the fourth consecutive year, ABC 15 Arizona’s Nick Ciletti hosted the event along with actress Kat McNamara, known for her role in Freeform’s Shadowhunters. Luke Airforce Base was awarded the Childhelp Caring Award, and the Kennedy family received the Childhelp Heart of an Angel Award.
