Let Dad cast his ballot at the Beer versus Wine Dinner at the resort’s restaurant ZuZu. Kicking off at 4 p.m., the five-course meal will be paired with brews from New Belgium Brewing and wine from Gruet Winery. After each course, diners can cast a secret ballot to determine the ultimate winner of the beer versus wine showdown.

Prado, the resort’s restaurant, will be serving a Dad’s Day Brunch on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a Father’s Day Dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. featuring a three-course menu.
