NEW YEAR’S EVE 2018

PARTY in the VALLEY

We have pre-Christian Romans to credit for marking January 1 as the beginning of a new year. Since the 1900s, the night of December 31 became an occasion to celebrate. Called New Year’s Eve, revelers bid farewell to the current year as it slips away. Then at the stroke of midnight, as the new year begins, fireworks light the sky, champagne toasts are exchanged and the fun factor gets turned up a notch. If you’re wondering where you’ll be on New Year’s Eve next week, consider these Valley parties.
