As 2017 comes to a close, there are many options for revelers on the final night of the year. Whether you want to plan an evening under the stars, toss snowballs with the kids or tap your toes to Broadway melodies, there is something for everyone. Here are 15 of our favorites.

Celebrate new beginnings on Mill Avenue as the City of Tempe continues its tradition to host one of the best NYE block parties. Featuring all-night choices for music, dancing and food, individual bars and restaurants have arranged their own parties. So far, at press time, there are a dozen bars hosting special events, including the Champagne Ball at Whiskey Row and A Gatsby Affair New Year’s Eve 2018 at Low Key Piano Bar. 2017 is going extinct and it’s time to party at Noon Year’s Eve. Ring in the New Year at Phoenix Zoo’s Ice Age-themed bash where the forecast is prehistoric, frosty fun for the whole family.
