Celebrate this springtime holiday with an award-winning brunch, lunch or dinner and, in some cases, a visit with the legendary Easter Bunny himself. In no particular order, here are a dozen of our favorites. Space is limited, so best to hop online or phone asap to secure your reservation.

Arizona Biltmore Resort

Celebrate with a leisurely buffet in elegant surrounding at the Arizona-Biltmore. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the spread will include a raw bar, a carving station featuring Leg of Lamb and Slow-Roasted Roast, breakfast specialities, assorted salads, pastries and breads, cheeses and charcuterie, and a variety of entrées and desserts. In keeping with a family-friendly atmosphere, there’s even a kids’ station. Before or after dining, stop by the resort’s Front Lawn for the Springtime Garden Party where champagne cocktails from Möet Hennessy will be served.  The Aztec Lawn will be transformed into a children’s wonderland, complete with an Easter-themed petting zoo, photo backdrop, cotton candy station and face painting artists. 

Hotel Valley Ho

It’s all about festive eats and treats at Hotel Valley Ho. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., kick-off the holiday with the resort’s chef-attended buffet in Sands and savor a delicious array of breakfast and lunch specialties featuring a seafood bar, chef stations with made-to-order Omelets, carving stations, and assorted hot dishes. Or treat yourself to brunch at ZuZu from a menu of small plates like Sticky Icky Buns, specialities like Eggs Benedict and Buttermilk Pancakes, or Burgers and Salads. Later, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., ZuZu will serve a delectable three-course dinner offering three entrées: Pan-Seared Scallops, a 12-ounce Ribeye, and English Pea and Meyer Lemon Risotto.

Maple & Ash

Local Scottsdale favorite Maple & Ash is whipping up an Easter brunch fit for a king. Featured entrées include Lobster Quiche, Alaskan King Crab Eggs Benedict, and classic Steak and Eggs with bordelaise sauce. Want to up your brunch game? Add a Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower to share with the table, as well as an order of bottomless Mimosas, Bloody Marys or Palomas. There’s even an extravagant option, which features a bottomless service of lamb chops, fire-roasted seafood, and brunch flambé. 

Hearth ’61, Mountain Shadows Resort

Celebrate this Easter at Hearth ’61. Serving both brunch and dinner, Chef Charles Wiley is preparing several holiday specialties as well as offering his seasonal menus. Served from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the Breakfast Buffet includes Egg Casserole, Omelets, Steel Cut Oatmeal, a selection of Baked Goods, sides of Bacon and Sausage Links. Brunch Specials, served from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., include a choice of Antipasti Family Style, Crab Benedict, Braised Beef Short Rib Hash, Artichoke Tortellini, Roasted Beef Tenderloin, or Pan-Seared Sea Bass. A Family-Style Dessert Medley will complete your meal on a sweet note.

FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar

Guests at Match Market & Bar are invited to celebrate the Easter holiday with an eggs-clusive specialty cocktail, the Limoncello Mojito, featuring rum, lime, limoncello, soda and mint. The restaurant is also dishing up holiday specialties, such as Pistachio-Crusted Lamb Rack, Pinstripe Agnolotti with Snow Peas, and Pork Shank.

elements, at Sanctuary Camelback

On April 17, elements at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain will host a three-course prix-fixe Easter Brunch. Served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., selections include Steak Frites, Carrot and Ricotta Gnocchi, Lobster Avocado Toast, Spring Garden Vegetable Quiche, Grilled Opah, as well as decadent desserts. You little ones can get in on the holiday fun with a complimentary Easter egg hunt on the property’s Sunset Lawn with an on-site photographer to capture the experience.



Prado, Omni Scottsdale Montelucia

Channel a Spanish-inspired vibe at Easter Brunch this year and reserve one of the two buffet seatings available at 10:30 a.m. and noon at Prado. Start with an assortment of the restaurant’s signature Tapas and brunch essentials such as Omelettes Cooked-To-Order, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and House-Smoked Bacon and Sausage. Enjoy an assortment of Salads Tossed-To-Order, and Live Cooking Stations with Paella Valencia, and Wagu Brisket, plus a host of Sweets and Treats.

The Wigwam

Indulge in your Easter favorites at The Wigwam brunch buffet, available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the resort’s Ballroom. Enjoy delicious fresh salad assortments, savory carving stations, decadent desserts and more. The Easter Bunny will be in attendance and ready for photos with your kiddos, Or celebrate Easter with a three-course prix-fixe menu at Litchfield’s, The Wigwam’s signature farm-to-table restaurant, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails

Located within the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in downtown Phoenix, Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails will be offering a specialty Easter Brunch from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will enjoy tasty options like Citrus-Cured Salmon served on an everything bagel with whipped cream cheese, onion, caper and tomato; Avocado and Mushroom Toast; and Banana and Buttermilk Pancakes.

T.Cook’s, Royal Palm Resort & Spa

Served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Royal Palms will host its Easter Brunch Buffet that includes an appetizer buffet, brunch selections, charcuterie and cheese, soup and salads, chilled seafood, and a mouth-watering dessert buffet. The main course selections include Halibut, Copper State Ribeye, Blueberry Banana French Toast, and Two Eggs Any Style. Family-friendly, the resort will host two Easter Egg Hunts, one at 11 a.m. and the second at 1 p.m. Throughout the day, Royal Palms will have a caricature artist and balloon twister on-site, as well as a digital photo booth and live music. Families may also take photos with the Easter Bunny himself who will be in attendance.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess will host its Easter Sunday Brunch, featuring selections from its four signature restaurants: Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda, Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar and Ironwood American Kitchen. End on a sweet note with decadent desserts from its pastry team and complimentary access to one of the resort’s Alice in Wonderland Easter egg hunt adventure in the Ballroom, the Wonderland experience and meeting the Easter Bunny himself. Egg hunts will happen every 15 minutes beginning at 9 am until the last brunch seating. Themed photo ops also available to capture the memory of your family in their Easter finery.

Palo Verde Restaurant, The Boulders Resort & Spa

Easter Brunch at the Boulders Resort & Spa in Scottsdale will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in its Palo Verde Restaurant. Savor a demi-buffet with freshly baked breads and pastries, cheese and artisan charcuterie, a gourmet salad bar, made-to-order omelets, classic brunch sides, a seafood display, entrées, and a decadent dessert display. Families will enjoy live musical entertainment and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
