Mastro’s Steakhouse in North Scottsdale is serving up Easter Brunch in style. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the buffet features crab cakes or classic Eggs Benedict, lobster mashed potatoes, made-to-order waffles and omelets, sushi and a plentiful raw shellfish bar. To top it all off, the dessert station will offer individual portions of cheesecake and, of course, their signature Warm Butter Cake. Guests will be greeted with its famous cast-iron skillet of freshly baked Monkey Bread, then bask in a luxurious three-course meal. Choose between six different appetizers including smoked salmon, house-made maple bacon and beet salad with pistachio brittle and mint-goat cheese dressing. Then, onto the classic Escargots de Bourgogne, six Burgundy snails with drizzled with garlic-parsley butter. Five entrées are offered including two iconic dishes: the Crôque Madame, a melted ham and Swiss cheese sandwich that’s topped with a sunny side-up egg dressed with Béchamel sauce and Boeuf Bourguignon, a traditional, hearty beef stew served with scalloped potatoes.
