It’s been an unforgettable year, and while this New Year’s might feel different, you can still find a way to celebrate. Why not reserve a table at one of the Valley’s outstanding restaurants and end the year with a remarkable meal. Here are our favorite suggestions.

Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen at Andaz Scottsdale
From 6 p.m. through 10:30 p.m., the restaurant’s prix fixe menu features delicacies like Tartare de Boeuf, Seared Scallops, Lamb Chops and Wagyu New York Strip. Dessert choices include a Deconstructed Apple Cobbler served with Bailey’s Ice Cream or Vanilla Cake with Champagne Mousse. Pricing starts at $85 per person. www.andazscottsdale.com

FRANCINE Restaurant
The five-course tasting menu begins with an Amuse Bouche of Lobster Cappucino or Honeynut Squash. The appetizer selections include Chicken Liver Mousse, Grilled Octopus, Soleil Oysters with Caviar or Charred Leeks in Vinaigrette. The Pasta Course offerings are Caccio e Pepe and Butternut Agnolotti. Entrees are Filet Rossini, Lavender Honey Guinea Hen, Lemon Sole or Rosemary-Smoked Rack of Lamb. For a sweet ending to your meal you’ll be hard pressed to choose from Chamomile Paloava, Apple Tart, Chocolate Pot de Crème or Chocolate Flourless Cake. CIELO
Located at the Adero Resort, CIELO is an elegant restaurant known for its scenic landscapes and sustainable cuisine. This New Year’s Eve, enjoy a special three-course, prix fixe menu while gazing upon a starry sky. Menu options include Lobster Bisque, Baked Salmon, Roast Tenderloin. Complete your meal with either a Champagne Soufflé topped with Fresh Berries and Chocolate or a decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Torte served with Salted Caramel Gelato. $89 per person. www.aderoscottsdale.com

This New Year’s Eve enjoy a breathtaking sunset dinner at elements, perched high on the side of Camelback Mountain. Entrées on the four-course prix fixe menu include New York Strip, Chilean Seabass and Roasted Guinea Hen. For dessert, elements’ pastry chef Ana Garza will delight you with sweet treats such as a Caramelized Passion Fruit Tart, Malted Milk Chocolate Pot de Crème and a Tiramisu Cheesecake Tower. Phoenix City Grille
Focusing on specials, Phoenix City Grill’s New Year’s menu begins with a hearty New England Clam Chowder. Featured entrées include an Oscar Style Surf and Turf featuring a 5-ounce Wood-Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Caramelized Fennel Crab Cake; Herb and Rock Salt Roasted Prime Rib with Caramelized Cipollini Onion Smashed Yukon Potatoes; and Pan-Seared Chula Seafood Blue Nose Bass. www.phoenixcitygrille.com

Dominick’s Steakhouse
Located in the Scottsdale Quarter, Dominick’s features juicy, premium prime steaks and chops. Sides include a Crispy Hasselback Potato, Alaskan King Crab and Rock Shrimp Mac & Cheese, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Creamed Spinach and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Offering a wide selection of seafood and fish dishes as well as an assortment of salads, every food preference will be satisfied. On New Year’s Eve, Chef Marcellino Verzino’s celebratory menu includes a variety of his specialities: antipasto dishes, hand-crafted pastas, perfectly prepared meat, fish and seafood dishes that feature seasonal ingredients, as well as luscious desserts. To accompany your dining experience, vocalist Monte Procopio will delight with big band sounds and tunes from the American Song Book. Bid adieu to 2020 with a special four-course menu from award-winning chef Charles Wiley. Toast 2021 in style at Prado. On New Year’s Eve, guests will a four-course prix fixe menu that features entrée selections such as King Salmon, Lobster Paella, Duck Confit Gnocchi and Prime N.Y.
